Customer complaint reports
In order to discharge its statutory supervisory role, the FIN-FSA collects information on customer complaints received by its supervised entities regarding authorised services and related products, under chapter 3, section 18 of the Act on the Financial Supervisory Authority.
The FIN-FSA’s supervised entities report information on customer complaints via FIN-FSA e-services by logging in to the system, completing the required report data and sending the report to the FIN-FSA. Contacts related to reports can be made using the message functions of the e-services system.
The e-services system contains the following forms:
