Accessibility statement

This is the accessibility statement for the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) website The statement was prepared on 10 January 2020 and updated on 29 May 2020. The accessibility of the online service was assessed by an external entity in January 2020, and, based on this assessment, revisions were made to the service.

The accessibility status of the website

The website meets the critical accessibility requirements.

The most significant deficiencies concern the accessibility of attachments originally published before 23 September 2018 and migrated to the new site without modification. These will be made accessible upon request and in connection with other updating work. As a rule, subsequent attachments published on the service will be accessible.

We are looking into the accessibility of data produced in external systems. The accessibility of the dynamic search functionalities used in the systems will be developed further in connection with subsequent software updates.

Accessibility deficiencies may still appear when, for example, using keyboard navigation with some of the contents. Although the website’s browser-based zoom functionality is working as intended, using other text magnification functionalities may break the page layout. The accessibility of certain features will be developed further, including the use of the website’s accordion elements and search function.
