Legislation for crowdfunding intermediaries

The Finnish Crowdfunding Act mainly lays down provisions on the disclosure obligations of crowdfunding recipients and obligations of crowdfunding intermediaries offering crowdfunding by means other than financial instruments.

Parties providing investment-based crowdfunding by financial instruments are always governed by provisions on investment service providers (see Investment service providers).
