Credit institutions, investment firms and fund management companies might receive false validation feedbacks for templates that are not reported. E.g. FINREP9 data collection validation errors deriving from v1377_m and v1379_m validations could be unjustified, if some templates (e.g. F 05.01) are not reported.

In these cases there is no need to resubmit the reports.
