EBA launched a Cost of Compliance questionnaire addressed to all European banks | EBA

The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published the second phase of the Cost of Compliance questionnaire on reporting cost reductions. The second phase of the study includes a survey and instructions for submitting case reports. A link to the questionnaire and guidance can be found on the EBA website.

Responses to the qualitative section of the questionnaire are expected by 1 October 2020, while those to the quantitative questions are expected by 31 October 2020. Questions about the questionnaire and the case report can be sent to cost.of.compliance(at)eba.europa.eu.
