The Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority announces the commencement of winding up proceedings and withdrawal of authorization for an insurance company

On 29 July 2016, the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority announced that it has decided to ascertain the insolvency state, to withdraw the authorization and to initiate the winding-up procedure for the company Carpatica Asig S.A.

The Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority has announced the decision on the basis of the Solvency II Directive.
