Starting dates for submission of information during Solvency II preparatory phase has changed
In accordance with EIOPA's Guidelines on Submission of Information to National Competent Authorities (EIOPA-CP-13/010) the first reporting date during the preparatory phase is in the first week of June 2015. The first preparatory phase report concerns the annual information for 2014 to be submitted by individual undertakings. The reporting comprises quantitative information as well as solvency capital reports as referred to in sections IV–VI of the above-mentioned Guidelines.
For technical reasons the deadline for submitting quantitative information has been postponed by one week. The new deadline for submission of quantitative information is 11 June 2015.
The quantitative information is to be submitted electronically as one or several reports. A reporting institution may generate the report using tools of its own, as prescribed in the instructions for electronic reporting and the EIOPA Guidelines, or using an Excel-based reporting program supplied by FIN-FSA. The reporting program, which can then be downloaded from Jakelu Distribution Service, will be published on 18 May 2015.
Please send the quantitative information reports to: rahoitus(at)bof.fi.
Please submit the solvency capital reports according to the original timetable, by 4 June 2015. The reports should be submitted in pdf format by email to: S2raportointi(at)finanssivalvonta.fi.
Please send annual group-level quantitative information and solvency capital reports to the above-mentioned addresses by 16 July 2015.
Additional information on preparatory phase submission of information and SII reporting is available on the EIOPA website.
