Regulations and guidelines 8/2014 Management of operational risk in supervised entities of the financial sector updated
FIN-FSA regulations and guidelines 8/2014 Management of operational risk in supervised entities of the financial sector have been updated and will enter into force on the 1st of March 2022.
Updates have been made mainly in chapter 2.5 International recommendations. The amendments to the regulations and guidelines are due to the updates in the EBA Guidelines or deleted guidelines. Also, the EBA´s template for reporting major incidents in payment services has been updated.
The regulations and guidelines communicate to supervised entities EBA guidelines which should be taken into account by the supervised entities in their activities.
