Entry into force of changes to regulations and guidelines on reporting of mortgage bank operations postponed from end of June to end of September
The FIN-FSA has made amendments to regulations and guidelines 7/2012 Reporting of mortgage bank operations. The entry into force of these amendments is postponed from 30 June 2023, as announced initially, to 30 September 2023. Reporting in accordance with the amended regulations and guidelines shall be made from the outset in the FIN-FSA's new reporting system. Reporting for the reference date 30 June 2023 shall be made in accordance with currently valid regulations and guidelines, in the legacy reporting system.
