Regulations and guidelines 1/2014: Amendment of FIN-FSA regulations and guidelines on risk reporting by credit institutions
The FIN-FSA has made amendments concerning the submission of supervisory information to regulations and guidelines 1/2014: Risk reporting by credit institutions. These amendments are made necessary by the adoption of the FIN-FSA's new reporting system for supervised entities’ financial position and risks. The amendment concerns the following data collections:
- Interest rate risk (R)
- Credit risk report State of the banking system (S)
- Loan-to-value report (LTC):
Entry into force of the amendments to the regulations and guidelines
The regulations and guidelines will enter into force on 31 March 2023.
