Leena Mörttinen
Leena Mörttinen is the Permanent Under-Secretary for International and Financial Markets Affairs at the Ministry of Finance. She is also a Vice Chair of the Board of the Finnish Supervisory Authority and a Member of the Board of Directors at Metsä Group.
She has a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki. She has previously worked at the European Central Bank as a Senior Economist, the Bank of Finland as an Advisor, Nordea Bank as Chief Economist and Director for European Affairs, the Confederation of Finnish Industries as Director, Competitiveness and Growth and the Finnish Family Firms Association as Executive Director.
