This section presents the regulations and guidelines for credit institutions issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) as well as the national and EU-level regulatory framework. In addition, this section provides links to guidelines and recommendations of the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and recommendations and interpretations of the FIN-FSA.
