FIN-FSA updates error reporting form

The Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has updated the form for reporting errors. This form is used when reporting incidents and errors to the FIN-FSA. The changes mainly refer to the structure of the form, as well as to the format, which is now Excel. The new form is available on the FIN-FSA’s website.

The template referred to in EBA’s guidelines (EBA/GL/2017/10) that payment service providers are required to use for major incident reporting is also available on the FIN-FSA’s website.
