Regulations and guidelines 5/2021 on prudential reporting for investment firms published | EBA
Regulations and guidelines 5/2021 on prudential reporting for investment firms have been issued on 2 June 2021 and will be valid from 30 December 2021.
The new regulations and guidelines provide information on reporting under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2284 based on the EU Regulation on the prudential requirements of investment firms and related to supervisory reporting.
More detailed information on the reporting changes has also been issued in reporting release 11/2021 (26 May 2021).
