Additional time for reporting by credit institutions | EBA National reporting (Virati)
European Banking Authority (EBA) has provided 31.3. details on its call for competent authorities to offer leeway on reporting dates. EBA urges competent authorities to offer at most one-month flexibility for reports with remittance dates between March and the end of May 2020. Financial Supervisory Authority has estimated that, due the exceptional circumstances caused by the coronavirus, credit institutions may, if necessary, directly benefit from the following leeway for certain quarterly and annual reports with an original remittance date in March, April or May:

However, the FIN-FSA will still have the opportunity to request the individual reports mentioned above in the original delivery schedule on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, the FIN-FSA will contact the reporting entity directly.
Monthly reports are reported according to the original schedule. Similarly, the following reports must be submitted according to the original delivery time:
