Reporting release 7 November 2023 – 45/2023

EBA’s DPM 3.3 phase 3 published | EBA

The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published the third phase (Phase 3) of the Data Point Model (DPM) 3.3 version to be used in supervisory reporting, including the XBRL taxonomy and validation rules. The changes in Phase 3 pertain to the ad-hoc reporting of the Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) starting from the end of 2023. The same technical package will also be used for the IRRBB reporting, commencing on 30th September 2024, as part of the reporting framework 3.4 (see also the Financial Supervisory Authority's reporting bulletin 34/2023).

For more information, please visit EBA's website.

The ad-hoc data collection of IRRBB information in Finland applies only to significant credit institutions directly supervised by the European Central Bank (ECB). The Financial Supervisory Authority will contact the supervised entities participating in the ad-hoc data collection separately.

Additional information on other changes included in the reporting framework 3.3 can be found on EBA's website and in the Financial Supervisory Authority's previous reporting bulletins 34/2023 and 30/2023.
