Guidelines on delay in disclosure of inside information enter into force on 20.12.2016
The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) nationally implements the European Securities and Markets Authority's (ESMA) guidelines (ESMA/2016/1478 EN | 20.10.2016) on delay in the disclosure of inside information by adding a guideline on compliance with ESMA's guidelines in its regulations and guidelines 6/2016.
FIN-FSA's guidelines have been issued on 1 December 2016 and they will enter into force on 20 December 2016.
In its guidelines, FIN-FSA recommends that persons and issuers within the scope of application of its guidelines comply with ESMA's guidelines.
