Greek supervisory authority announces commencement of winding up proceedings, withdrawal of authorisation and appointment of a liquidator to an insurance company

On 21 February 2013, Bank of Greece has announced its decision to commence winding up proceedings concerning the insurance company Evima Group Insurance Company S.A.. The authorisation of Evima Group Insurance Company S.A. has been withdrawn. Mr. Ioannis Germanos has been appointed as liquidator.
